To use this feature, navigate to the top bar section in your dashboard and click on the HELP icon. Our support team will promptly address your request and provide the assistance you need

Transaction-Level Settlement & Reconciliation

We are excited to announce the introduction of transaction-level settlement and reconciliation, complemented by forthcoming analytics capabilities!

Achieve granular visibility: Monitor settlement and reconciliation data at the individual transaction level, enabling you to identify and resolve discrepancies effortlessly. This feature provides a clear understanding of your reconciliation status, including matched, mismatched, and pending transactions.

Simplify reconciliation: Optimise your financial processes by reconciling transactions directly within our platform. This integration reduces manual errors and saves valuable time, enhancing overall efficiency

Priority Logic Configuration

We are thrilled to unveil a significant upgrade to our priority logic configuration process, featuring a new logic design that prioritises safety, flexibility, and ease of use. With these enhancements, managing your gateways has never been more efficient or secure.

Key Features

  • Clone Functionality: Easily replicate existing configurations with our new clone feature. If you're setting up with similar parameters and need to make minor enhancements, cloning streamlines the process, saving you time and effort.

  • Staggered Priority Logic (PL) for Safety: Prioritize safety and reliability with our staggered priority logic. By staggering PL executions, you can experiment with PLs at same and decide which one suits best.
    Another benefit will be rather than implementing changes across all the transactions at once, staggered execution enables you to gradually roll out new version of your configurations to only subset of it.

  • Enhanced Checks and Validations: Benefit from additional checks and validations throughout the Priority Logic configuration process. Our robust validation mechanisms help prevent errors and ensure that configurations adhere to best practices

Mandate ID based view

  • Real-time Sync with Gateways: Ensure that you're always up-to-date with the latest mandate status by seamlessly syncing with your payment gateways

Refund Milestones and Trail

We're excited to unveil the latest version of our Refund Funnel and Trail feature, now with enhanced capabilities to provide you with deeper insights and clearer visibility into your refund processes. With these improvements, managing refunds and tracking their progress is now more transparent and efficient than ever before.

  • Refund Milestones: Our refined Refund Milestones offers detailed insights into where your refund might be encountering delays or issues. It informs you precisely which stage of the refund process the transaction is currently at, allowing you to take targeted action to resolve any bottlenecks.

  • Refund Trail: The updated Refund Trail provides a comprehensive timeline of events throughout the refund journey. You'll receive a detailed breakdown of each step, including:

    • Initiation of the refund request.

    • Communication with the payment gateway, including outgoing requests and incoming responses.

    • Status updates regarding refund initiation and processing.

    • Syncs and updates happening in real-time.

This clear bifurcation ensures you have a complete understanding of every action taken and every response received, empowering you to make informed decisions and troubleshoot any issues effectively

Ecosystem Health

Understanding the critical role that seamless transactions play in your business operations, we've implemented a feature that provides real-time visibility into outage occurrences. Here's a brief overview of what you can expect from this feature:

  • Categorized Ecosystem Health:

    • The Ecosystem Health encompasses various categories tailored to different transaction modes:

      • Cards: Includes both bank and network level health.

      • Netbanking: Highlights bank level health.

      • Wallets: Displays health specific to wallet transactions

      • UPI: Covers ecosystem health at both app and handle levels

  • Real-Time Status Updates: You will now notice a status indicator on the top bar of your dashboard, reflecting the current Ecosystem health for the last 5 minutes. This upfront display ensures you are promptly informed about any disruptions.

  • Access to Ecosystem Health Over Time: Should you wish to delve deeper into outage details, simply click on the "View History" option conveniently located on the top bar. This will grant you access to a comprehensive log of events related to eco system health.

  • Customized Viewing Options: To streamline your experience, we've provided preset time ranges for quick access to outage history. Additionally, you have the flexibility to define a custom time range to align with your specific analysis requirements.

  • Timeline of Outages: In addition to outage details, our Outage History feature also provides a timeline of outages specifically for the bank that is experiencing downtime or fluctuations. This chronological representation enables you to track the duration and sequence of events related to the affected bank, facilitating comprehensive analysis and troubleshooting
