This section contains information about all the features we offer via the Juspay Dashboard.
Section A: Login And Account Authentication Tutorial
Steps to set up password associated with the Juspay Dashboard account:
Once the administrator has created the User’s account, an email with the link to set the password would be triggered to the registered email address of the particular user. The subject of the email will be Juspay Dashboard: set password for “username”.
Open the Set Password link and enter the new password satisfying the conditions required for a strong password. You need to re-enter the password under the confirm password field.
You may now login to the dashboard with the updated password.
Please reach out to support@juspay.in if the email address associated with your Juspay account has to be updated.
Setting up Two Factor Authentication for New Users
Steps to enable two-factor authentication associated with the Juspay Dashboard account:
Download Google Authenticator Application from play store if not previously installed. (You may also use the Microsoft Authenticator app)
Open the Google Authenticator App and click on + button on Google Authenticator App.
Scan the QR code shown on the dashboard screen with your google authenticator application.
Click on Enable 2FA.
Once the above mentioned steps are completed, please re-enter the username and password, followed by the OTP screen wherein you have to enter the OTP (regenerated periodically) as seen on the Authenticator. This process needs to be followed each time you log in to the dashboard.
Reset Password for Existing Users
The password associated with the Juspay account can be reset by following the below steps:
Click on Forgot password on the login page.
2. Enter the Username/ Merchant ID of the account for which the password has to be updated.
3. Click on Reset password, the user will receive an email to the registered email address with a link to reset . The subject of the email will be Juspay Dashboard: reset password for “username”.
4. Open the Reset Password link and enter the new password satisfying the conditions required for a strong password. You need to re-enter the password under the confirm password field.
Reset 2FA for Existing Users
Download Google Authenticator/ Microsoft Authenticator Application from play store if not previously installed.
Click on Trouble in finding OTP? CTA on the login page after providing a valid username and password.
Enter your Username and click on Reset2-FA. The user will receive an email to the registered email address with a link to reset . The subject of the email will be Juspay Dashboard: reset two-factor authentication for “username”.
4. Open the Google Authenticator App and click on + button on Google Authenticator App.
5. Open the reset 2FA link received on your email and scan the QR code shown on the screen with your google authenticator application.
6. Once added fetch the OTP (One Time Password) against the username and enter under the 6 digit OTP placeholder in the dashboard on the modal.
7. Click on Reset 2FA.
In case your account gets locked due to incorrect Username/Password/2FA OTP, please reach out to your administrator for getting it unlocked.
The account might get disabled if the user has not logged in for more than 90 days, in such case please reach out to your administrator for getting it re-enabled.
As an advanced security step, we have made 2FA authentication a mandatory step on Juspay unified dashboard. If you are planning to share the same account, you will have to create a new user account for each authorized personnel.
