PG Control Centre

PG Control Centre module enables merchants to link gateway accounts, set up routing, surcharge and outage rules on Juspay Dashboard. 

This module includes the following submodules:

Gateways

Merchant users can configure their gateway accounts on Juspay using this sub-module on dashboard. After the merchant has procured the credentials from the PA/ PG for which they want to route transactions via Juspay, they need to configure the gateway account for these PA/ PG's using this module.

How to configure a Gateway ?

Step 1: Open Gateways module. The user can select the gateway (aggregator, bank PG, wallets, containers or lending products) that need to be configured. Commonly configured top 6 gateways are displayed as tiles. Other gateways can be accessed from the dropdown list.

Step 2: Select the environment -Live mode( Production)/ Test mode (Staging) to which the configured PG account belongs.

Step 3: Assign Gateway Reference ID and click on Proceed.

Note

When a merchant wants to add multiple accounts for a payment gateway, reference id is required to identify the gateway account to route the transactions to. If the gateway reference id is configured, merchants need to make sure to pass correct gateway reference id in the order create requests. It is an optional field when a merchant has only one account active per payment gateway. Step 4: Enter the credentials procured from the respective gateway in the Enter Gateway Creds section and click on Proceed.

Step 5: Click on Confirm and save the gateway after thoroughly reviewing the credentials configured .

Step 6: Post saving the gateway, a button for proceeding to add payment methods will be displayed.

Step 7: Click on Proceed to Add Payment Methods and Select the payment methods that you want to enable via Juspay for that particular gateway from the Payment Method Configurations section.

Step 8: Click on proceed and select Yes, Enable it button on the Enable Payment Gateway dialog box.

Step 9: In the summary section, the summary of gateway details and payment methods selected are displayed. Please review the details and click on the Finish button.

Gateway will be configured, and a success message will be displayed on the screen.

How to Update Gateway Configurations ?

Step 1: From the Configured Gateways list view, click on the gateway you wish to edit.

Step 2: In the gateway detail view, click on Edit Gateway Configuration button.

Step 3: In the next screen, you can update gateway configuration details, enable/ disable payment methods.

Step 4: Click on Finish button to successfully update the gateway.

How to Enable/Disable a Gateway ?

Step 1: From the configured payment gateways, click on the gateway you wish to enable/ disable.

Step 2: In the gateway summary view, click on settings and select Enable PG/ Disable PG option.

Step 3: You will get a popup to confirm Enable/ Disable the PG. Click on Yes, enable it/ Yes, disable it option. PG will be successfully enabled/ disabled and corresponding messages will be displayed. 

How to Delete a Gateway ?

Step 1: From the configured payment gateways, click on the gateway you wish to delete.

Step 2: In the Gateway Summary page, click on settings and select Delete PG option.

Step 3: A dialogue box will appear where you have to fill up your details due to security concerns and click on proceed which will trigger an email to our internal team. After which our internal team will reach out to you in order to understand the requirement of deleting the gateway and discuss the cons of deleting a configured gateway if any. The gateway will be deleted once the conditions are cleared.
