Using LotusPay with your NACH utility code

Merchants on the Pro Plan can add their own NACH utility code to LotusPay, meaning that customers only see your name on their bank statements.

If you'd like your customers to see only your name on their mandates and bank statements, you can use your utility code with LotusPay.

• If you have an existing NACH Utility Code: LotusPay will add this code to one of our sponsor banks. This will not disrupt your existing NACH Debit process with your sponsor bank.

• If you do not have an existing NACH Utility Code: LotusPay will apply for a new code for you and add it to one of our sponsor banks.

NPCI allows creation of just one utility code per legal entity. It can be mapped to multiple sponsor banks.
