View ACH debit collections

View the ACH debit collections you've received for funds collected from your customers.

The ACH debit collections section is where you can view a list of your collections by date.

Each collection entry is the total of all ACH debits you’ve collected from your customers on a date.

Viewing details about an ACH debit collection:

1. Click on ACH Debit Collections in the menu.

2. Click on a particular collection.

3. Now you can see that collection's detailed information, including the date, amount and creditor bank account (if visible).

4. Further down the page, you can also see each ACH debit that make up the total amount.

5. Click on ACH debit breakdown button to view or export the details of the debits making up the collection.
