Export mandate details

You can export mandate details from the dashboard to a CSV file.

If you want to use mandate data outside of LotusPay, you can easily export the details to a CSV file.

1. Click on Mandates in the left menu.

2. Click on the eye icon in the top right corner of the table. If you can't see it, scroll to the right and zoom out until you can see it.

3. Apply any required searches, filters and sort orders.

4. Click on the green icon to export the resulting data.

If you're using our API, note that the export headers match the API headers, and the change policy in the API applies to exports too.

We generally do not make backwards-incompatible changes to export headers (unless absolutely necessary e.g. due to a backwards-incompatible change in the payment system itself). We consider addition of new columns or changing the sequence of columns to be backwards-compatible.
