View settlements

View the settlement payouts you've received for funds collected from your customers.

Note: Settlements are discontinued since 30 Sep 2021.

Note: Settlements exist only for funds paid out via LotusPay's intermediary account. If you're receiving funds directly from the sponsor bank, you should view ACH Debit Collections instead.

The Settlements section is where you can view an itemised breakdown of each payout you've received from LotusPay.

Each payout entry is the total of all payments we’ve collected from your customers and due to be paid out on that date. We make one payout per merchant, each working day funds are due.

Viewing details about a settlement:

1. Click on Settlements in the menu.

2. Click on a particular settlement.

3. Now you can see that settlement's detailed information, including the date, amount, fees charged and payout reference. The payout reference matches what you will see on your bank statement.

4. Further down the page, you can also see each payment that make up the total amount.

5. Click on Settlement breakdown button to view or export the details of the payments making up the settlement.
