Making changes to your account

You can update your organisation's details as follows. For each of these changes, we will verify and respond within one working day.

Changing your business name

If you want to change the name of your business in LotusPay, you'll need to email LotusPay Support with the following details:

  • New name

  • Evidence of the name (e.g. incorporation certificate, GST registration certificate, PAN etc.)

Changing your creditor bank account

If you want to change where ACH debit collections are being sent via your NACH profilelink icon, you'll need to email LotusPay Support from your registered admin user email address with the following details:

  • Merchant account ID

  • NACH profile ID

  • Bank account name

  • Bank account number

  • Bank account IFSC

  • Bank account type

  • Evidence of your bank account (a cancelled cheque, or a bank statement dated in the last three months)

In most sponsor banks, the creditor bank account must be in the same bank. Some sponsor banks allow you to specify a creditor bank account in any bank.

If you do not own the bank account then we will need an authority letter from the owner. You can ask for our template by emailing LotusPay Support.
