Confirm that the Offers are correctly configured.
If you're not using Juspay’s checkout page, make sure you follow the correct payload format as defined in the Integration Documentation.
The Offer is displayed to the customer when the list offer API check confirms the offer is eligible for the amount/payment method. Once received the confirmation, Offers will be displayed on the payment page.
If the customer apply for the discount based offer, the reduced amount will be shown to the customer along with the Offer description.
Yes. Offer which is configured against the particular payment method on the Juspay dashboard will reflect on the List API(Payment page in case of Hyper checkout SDK) and the same can be enabled on the Payment page. Hence the Offer enabled payment method will only work for this feature.
