An Overview

The PG Control Centre module enables merchants to link their payment gateway (PG) accounts, set up routing, surcharge, and outage rules within the Juspay Dashboard.

Includes the following submodules:

Gateways

Configure your gateway credentials using our setup guide.

Authenticator

Manage authentication sources used during payment processing.

Priority Logic

Configure smart rules to route transactions across gateways.

Surcharge

Configure surcharge fees to align with business policies.

Route Settings

Configure intelligent routing and automatic gateway switching.

Outage Settings

Configure outage rules to maintain payment continuity.

Prerequisites

Required Permissions

To access and configure modules within the PG Control Centre, your account must have the following permissions:

GatewaysPriorityLogic – Enables viewing and managing Priority Logic and other routing modules.
Configuration Access – Allows creation and editing of gateway configurations.

If the PG Control Centre or any of its modules are not visible, contact your administrator to enable the appropriate permissions.

Maker-Checker Workflow

Your organization may use a maker-checker approval flow:

Maker Mode: Users can create and submit configurations.
Checker Mode: Submitted configurations must be approved by designated checker users.
Auto-Approval: If maker-checker is disabled, configurations may be approved automatically.

This workflow applies across Gateways, Authenticator, Priority Logic, Surcharge, Route Settings, and Outage Settings.
