Aadhaar + OTP authentication provides the customer to generate UPI Pin withoutdepending on any other platform in a secure manner. This option enables UPI users to set/reset UPI Pin in a quicker & easy manner.
Step 1: Customer will select the option between Debit card and Aadhaar OTP to set UPI Pin.
Step 2: Customer will give the consent to fetch and validate Aadhaar Card details.
Step 3: Customer will enter first 6 digits of the Aadhaar Number.
Step 4: PSP /Application validates the first 6 digits of aadhaar entered by the customer.
Step 5: Customer to proceed setting up UPI PIN by entering Aadhaar OTP & Issuer OTP.
