Standalone and bulk payment Links can be created via dashboard. Merchants can also call our API to generate Payment Links. Payment Links
Distribution can either be managed via HDFC or by merchants themselves. One of these two options is defined for each merchant during onboarding.
The communication channel (SMS, Email, both) can be specified when distribution is handled by HDFC. When merchant handles the distribution, channel definition is not required.
The Payment Links generated via API are populated in the dashboard list (along with the dashboard generated PLs).

After payment completion, user would be redirected to the payment confirmation page of Smartgateway. Merchants can also define their own landing page URL while Payment Link generation.
Upon landing on the Smartgateway payment confirmation page, user can click on the Download button to download the payment receipt.
Yes. Select the PL from the dashboard list which has to be cancelled -> Click on Expire. This can also be achieved through Expire PL API.
Yes. Select the PL from the dashboard list which has to be cancelled -> Click on Resend. This can also be achieved through Resend PL API.
Expiry can be defined while PL creation through dashboard and API. If merchant wants to define a default expiry for all PLs, bank users can define it in the dashboard settings for them.
