Once the checkout page is rendered, users may proceed with payments.
Follow the steps below to initiate payments when a user selects a payment method and to handle the payment response effectively.
To initiate a transaction, invoke the Create Order with Payment API based on the payment method Cards
/ Bank Transfers / Wallets / Real Time Payments) selected by the user.
This APIs will internally creates the Order in Juspay’s system and initiates the transaction using the provided order details and payment method information in the API request.
Once the payment is completed, Juspay redirects the user to the merchant application with the transaction response via the provided return_URL. Additionally, Juspay communicates the transaction status through Webhooks (push notifications) and the Order Status API(pull notifications).
