Use the Transaction Analytics Module on Juspay Dashboard to view the traffic volume and success rate of TPV transactions.
Merchants can use the analytics module either on Transaction level or Order level to monitor the TPV performance.
Use TPV Txn Object Type filter and select TPV_PAYMENT / TPV_EMANDATE_PAYMENT(for TPV recurring payments) / TPV_EMANDATE_REGISTER(for TPV registration payments) on the Juspay Transactions Analytics Dashboard for reviewing the Volume and SR for TPV transactions.
Use Order Type filter and select TPV_PAYMENT / TPV_EMANDATE_PAYMENT(for TPV recurring payments) / TPV_EMANDATE_REGISTER(for TPV registration payments) on the Juspay Transaction Analytics Dashboard for reviewing the Volume and SR at Order level.
TPV Analytics at Order level Refunds:
Use the Refunds Analytics Module on Juspay Dashboard to view the traffic volume and success rate of Refunds initiated for TPV transactions.
Merchants can use the Order Type filter and select TPV_PAYMENT / TPV_MANDATE_REGISTER(for TPV registration payments) to distinguish between Refunds initiated for TPV transactions and normal transactions.
