Setting up the gateway

Step 1: Procure credentials from Simpl

Reach out to Simpl and complete the business formalities and procure the credentials.

Request whitelisting for mobile numbers for testing using Test Credentials.
The Simpl payment option involves verifying customer eligibility, which requires specific parameters to be provided by the merchant.

Step 2: Setup Simpl PG on Juspay Dashboard

Login to Juspay Dashboard
Navigate to Payments > PG Control Centre > Click on Other Gateways > Search for Simpl.
Configure credentials : App ID
Set the flags
- Direct Debit : true
Under payment methods, enable Simpl wallet.
Save and complete.
Warning
The Direct Debit flag should be set to true only for the Simpl Link & Pay flow.
