Payment Orchestrator Flow

Juspay functions as an efficient Payment Orchestrator, streamlining and optimizing payment processing by serving as a bridge between merchants and multiple payment processors. With Juspay, merchants can seamlessly integrate multiple gateways with minimal effort, enabling easy addition of payment methods and features.

In this product integration, Juspay designs and manages the merchant’s payment page based on specific requirements, handling the payment experience directly within the merchant’s application. Merchants only need to invoke certain Juspay APIs, while Juspay retains full control over the payment page, ensuring intelligent gateway selection per order, dynamic transaction routing based on gateway health, fallback mechanisms during gateway downtimes, traffic monitoring and detailed analytics

Merchants are required to procure their preferred gateway credentials and configure them on the Juspay Operational Dashboard. Payment instrument functionality can be managed by enabling or disabling options within the gateway configuration setup.

During checkout, Merchant invokes Juspay’s Payment Page, which handles the user’s selected payment instrument, creates the order, and initiates the transaction. Juspay intelligently selects the optimal gateway and routes the transaction to maximize success rates. The Juspay SDK ensures a seamless user experience by smoothly handling app switches, browser authentication, and other flows. Upon transaction completion (whether successful or failed), the Juspay SDK returns control to the merchant's app with the transaction status, while also providing status updates through webhook notifications and Order Status API responses.
