Setting Up Card Mandate Support
To enable card mandates for your account, complete the following PA/PG setup steps.
Step 1: Get Mandate Support Enabled by Your PA/PG Partners
Reach out to the eligible PA/PG(s) to enable support for Card Mandate for your account
PA/PG Supported : CHECKOUT, HYPERPAY, NOON, ADYEN, STRIPE, CAREEMPAY
Step 2: Configure PA/PG Setup on Juspay Dashboard
Once your PA/PG partners have enabled support, update the gateway configurations on the Juspay Dashboard:
Log in to the Juspay Dashboard
.Navigate to: Payments » PG Control Centre
Select the Relevant Gateway » click Edit Gateway Configuration.
Scroll to the Advanced Features section » Set Enable Card Mandate to True.
Click Save Changes.
Repeat this process for each supported gateway or aggregator.
Mandate Webhook Configuration
To receive real-time updates for mandates and pre-debit notifications, enable the required webhook events:
Navigate to: Payments » Settings » Webhooks
Under Notification Events, enable:
Notification Succeeded
Notification Failed events
Under Mandate Events, enable the required events such as:
Mandate Created
Mandate Revoked
(Any additional events relevant to your flow)
Click Update Webhook Settings.
Pre Go-Live
Juspay will need to sync with the configured gateways to update the eligible Card Bin list for your account. To initiate this sync:
Log in to the Juspay Dashboard
and raise a request to complete BIN configuration.
