transaction can be initiated as below, 1. **Full Refund** : * Both Order amount and surcharge amount will be refunded to the customer. * Please enable the flag **“Include Surcharge Amount in Refund“** on the Juspay Dashboard to use this feature. **Login** to Juspay dashboard > **Payments** > **Settings** > Enable the flag “**Include Surcharge Amount in Refund”** 2. **Partial Refund** : * Only the Order amount will be refunded to the customer. > **Note** > If “**Include Surcharge Amount in Refund”** is not enabled from juspay dashboard, then order amount will be refunded to the customer
