### Troubleshooting

> **Error**
> 1. Retry is enabled but not visible to users.
>
> * Please check if the release has been completed and stabilised for Retry.
>
> * Post the release, Retry should be displayed to all the users incase of transaction failures. However, in rare instances, the flow might not appear initially due to the device cache. In such cases, the latest bundle will be downloaded in the second run, visible to users.
> 2. Retry is shown with no payment options.
>
> * In some cases, Retry screen can be shown without any payment options. For instance, only BNPL option is enabled on the retry screen and the user is not eligible for that BNPL option. In this case, the retry screen will be displayed with no payment method.
