# Overview



Merchants can easily set up automated reports for reconciliation and settlement through the **Recon & Settlement**  module on the Juspay Dashboard. This guide walks you through the step-by-step process to configure and schedule reports tailored to your business needs.


### Step 1 Select Report Type


Navigate to the **Recon & Settlement** **Module » Report Config » ➕ Create Report Config**  on your Juspay Dashboard and choose the type of report you want to schedule. Juspay offers three types of reports:

* **Recon Report**  A complete summary of transactions that have been reconciled between systems.
* **Matched Report** Contains only those transactions that have been successfully matched.
* **Discrepancy Report** Lists all unmatched or missing transactions that require further attention.




### Step 2 Choose Report Delivery Method


Select how you'd like to receive the report:

* **Email**
* **Slack**
* **or, Both**

You can configure **multiple modes and recipients**  if required.




### Step 3 Set Report Frequency & Name


Define when and how often you want the report to be generated:

* Daily
* Weekly
* Monthly

Give the report a recognizable name to help you identify it later.




### Step 4 Customize Report Content


Tailor the report to your needs:

* **Choose Columns** : Select which data columns to include in the report.
* **Rename Columns** : Modify column names as per your internal terminology.
* **Preview Report** : Verify the content before finalizing.
* **Arrange Columns:**  Reorder columns to suit your preferred layout.
* **Create Custom Columns:**  Define new columns with default value based on your business requirements.




### Step 5 Save & Schedule


Once everything is configured:

* Click on **Create Report**  to save the configuration.




### Step 6 Activating the Report


* Once the report is configured, activate it from the list of reports under the _Report Config_  section.
* Your scheduled report is now active and will be delivered as per the configuration.
