# **Readiness & Approval Checklist** 



Before going live with **Google Pay** on your website, ensure the following requirements are met. These checks help seamless **user experience** , compliance with **Google’s guidelines** , and faster approval during review.


## **Branding & UI Checklist** 



* Confirm that the Google Pay button meets Google UI/UX [guidelines](https://developers.google.com/pay/api/web/guides/brand-guidelines).
* Display the **Google Pay button** only after confirming readiness with the `isReadyToPay()` function.
* Ensure the Google Pay button **dimensions**  are consistent with other buttons and elements on the checkout page.
* Select the appropriate button style (light/dark) to**match**  the background color of the placement area.
