### Step 1.1. Go-live steps


* Ensure QA and Business sign-off on CUG testing.
* The Juspay team will also conduct QA to ensure a smooth release.
* The Juspay team will release frontend changes and backend configurations to production.
* Changes will be rolled out gradually to avoid any impact on live traffic.
* The rollout will begin with 5–10% of the total customer base, selected at random.
* Multiple internal metrics will be monitored before increasing the rollout to 20%, 50%, 75%, and finally 100% of the customer base.
