# Things to keep in mind!

> * Verify that the necessary payment modes are activated under the respective gateway in the Juspay dashboard. Only the payment methods enabled in the Juspay dashboard will be shown on the payment page.
> * Please ensure that the payment page has been pointed to the CUG for verifying the UI changes.
> * Prioritize testing all essential payment flows via payment links before deploying them for live users.

> #### **PayLater payment methods like Simpl and LazyPay are not visible on the payment page. What should I do?**

> Please verify if the payment method is enabled under the specific gateway. Additionally, check if you are using an eligible mobile number.

## FAQs:

### After payment completion, the user hasn't been redirected to the merchant website. What should I do?

Kindly check if you have configured the **Payment Return URL**  in the **General**  section of the **Settings**  tab on the Juspay dashboard. You can also pass the required URL in the `return_url` parameter of the Session API request.

### Saved payment methods not appearing on the payment page of the payment links generated via the Juspay Dashboard. What should I do?

We do not allow the saved payment flow for payment links generated from the Dashboard due to the security risk of exposing links on the Dashboard. Therefore, saved payment flows will not work through payment links generated from the Dashboard.

### BSP and template are configured, but payment links are not being triggered to users. What should I do?

This issue occurs when there is a text or space mismatch between the template configured in the Juspay dashboard and BSP.
